FAQ

Questions, answered.

What exactly is in it?

One ounce of 100% Greek organic extra virgin olive oil — high-phenolic, early-harvest, cold-extracted — and one ounce of cold-pressed organic lemon juice. That's the whole label.

What does it taste like?

Citrus-bright with a peppery finish. The slight sting in the throat is oleocanthal — the anti-inflammatory compound announcing itself.

When do I take it?

Most subscribers take it first thing, before coffee. There's no wrong time — habits just stick better when it's the same time.

Why does it have to be refrigerated?

No preservatives and no processing means it's alive — and alive means cold. If it could sit on a shelf, it wouldn't be fresh. Drink by the date on the bottle.

Why 2 oz?

One ounce of oil is a full daily dose from the research — about 27 g. The ounce of lemon is what makes it drinkable. It also clears airport security.

Is the 750+ mg/kg claim verified?

Yes — independently, by NMR at the World Olive Center for Health. The current certificate actually reads 1,473 mg/kg; we claim 750+ to stay conservative across lots. See third-party testing or download the certificate.

How does the subscription work?

$10 a bottle, delivered cold on your schedule. Skip, pause, or cancel anytime before your batch ships.

Should I check with my doctor?

It's food — two ingredients you already know. But if you're managing a condition or medication, ask your doctor. We're not one.
